It was fantastic to see so many people at the Circuit’s sold-out event hosted in conjunction with the KCL Centre for European Law at Middle Temple on 29 January 2024. Judge Marta Cartabia spoke on the role of constitutions with a particular focus on the case of Italy. We also heard from Prof. Nicola Lupo and Prof. Alison Young, with Lord Mance in the chair.
