Bordeaux 19-20 September 2024 Annual conference
The Circuit is currently finalising this year’s plans for our annual conference in Bordeaux. Barbara Mills KC (Vice Chair of the Bar of England and Wales) and Robert Nemec (President of the Czech Bar Association) have confirmed that they will attend. Topics are likely to include; approaches to evidence in arbitration; family “orders without borders”; AI and tech liability and rule of law issues. A splendid end of conference gala dinner is planned, as well as a reception on the first evening in one of Bordeaux’s gorgeous venues. There will also be the opportunity to attend a local court.
