Brussels
On 14th-16th June 2002 the European Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators held its Spring Meeting in Brussels in conjunction with the European Circuit. This event focused on ‘Dispute Resolution from the European Perspective’. The programme included attitudes to arbitration and ADR in the European Institutions, e-commerce, conventional lightweight procedures, as well as arbitration and mediation in Belgium. There were also be visits to the EU institutions and social activities.
