The programme covers a broad range of topics of interest to multi-jurisdictional practitioners and those with an interest in cross-border issues, including: current issues in arbitration with a focus on the Prague Rules; collective redress; future legal issues arising from the invasion of Ukraine, including sanctions, dispute resolution and moving from freezing to confiscation; the challenges faced by trustees of off-shore trusts; the use of AI in dispute resolution; and protecting the environment through legislation and litigation.
The conference will kick off with a session with the leaders of the Bars of the Czech Republic, England & Wales and Ireland.
