The Hague (06 – 07 September 2007)
The European Circuit of the Bar in association with the Bar European Group organised a joint visit to The Hague in Sept 2007. The event included a visit to the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia at the invitation of Judge Bonomy to observe the Milutinovic Trial and for disucssions with the Judge, followed by a visit to the International Court of Justice for discussions with Dame Rosalyn Higgins. In the afternoon, delegates enjoyed a tour of the Peace Palace Library.
